Elaine Law has always had a strong interest in art and creativity.

She originally worked as Visual Merchandiser/Signwriter and then was employed by the NZ Herald for several years in their Art Studio.

She now paints every day if possible, experimenting with all mediums.
Elaine has nearly always lived by the coast, and loving the sea the way she does, many of her artworks are sea related.

She has won many awards for her paintings, which hang in many NZ homes and also in Europe, America and Hong Kong.
